Wolner landed his fish on June 2 while aboard the SeaQuest.

Laura White led the Women's leaderboard after the first week of action. The Wasilla angler pulled in a 92-pounder on June 4 while fishing aboard the SeaQuest.

Austin Gallardo and Edward Gregorian topped the Military and Youth division, respectively. Gallardo, who is stationed at JBEAR, took the early lead in the Military division by pulling in a 130-pound halibut on May 25. He was fishing aboard In & Out Charters' boat Nauti Girl. Gregorian, a 12-year-old from Anchorage, took the lead in the Youth classification with a catch of 84.2 pounds on June 4 while fishing aboard the Pursuit.
