Songwriting workshop offered
Karin Blaine will hold a Fundamentals of Song Writing Workshop on Thursday, Aug. 30 at 7 p.m. The fee for the Seward Arts Council workshop is $30 which includes a pass to Blaine’s concert at 7 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 31 at Resurrect Art. The two-hour workshop will explore song writing using hit songs as examples of the basics. The workshop also includes in-class writing exercises and tips on finding a personal songwriting style.
