Allie Toloff put her Seahawk spirit on display during Saturday's homecoming parade at Steinbrecher Field.

The Seward High School junior class can officially claim to have the most school spirit, at least for the time being..

On Saturday the junior class claimed the top award in the annual Seward Homecoming Parade, edging out the freshman, sophomore and senior entries in the parade around Steinbrecher Field during halftime activities with a loud and colorful float.

For their efforts, the junior class received a $100 first-place prize from the Seward Athletic Booster Club. The funds will be applied toward their graduation ceremony expenses.

Among the more colorful members of the junior class was Allie Toloff, who sported a full-body bird costume.
