While it is important to run for a touchdown or block a ball at the net, it is even more important—to students and parents alike—for players to get through athletics with all of their teeth.

The Seward High School Athletic Booster Club and Dr. Michael Moriarty are trying to ensure that happens for Seward athletes by offering discounted prices on custom-made mouthguards to area athletes in all sports.

Last year, Dr. Moriarty’s office produced 34 mouthguards at reduced costs or even free.

Mouthguards can help protect players from concussions, jaw and tooth trauma, and possible facial fractures and lacerations.

For more information about the mouthguards contact Maya Moriarty at 224-3071.
