The following is from the journals of the Seward Police Department. Those who have been arrested or summoned are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

June 29

1553 - Citation issued to BRITTNEY HANNA at 3rd Ave and B St for speed.

1618 - Citation issued to CINDY LOWRY at Ballaine Blvd and 4th Ave for parking within 8 feet of the roadway. Citation was left on vehicle.

1643 - RP reported her MA driver’s license was lost somewhere around the Organic Health Food Store.

1819 - RP reported hearing someone yelling in the D building at Bayview Apartments. Officer responded and could not hear anyone yelling.

1859 - RP called to report the dog from the previous case was still out without a leash. Officer responded and talked to RP and advised her that the ACO would make contact with her about this case.

2001 - RP reported that subject had backed a Parks and Rec vehicle into another Parks and Rec vehicle at Aspen Lane. Officer responded and filled out an accident for with the parties involved.

2010 - ANONYMOUS accidently called 911 when he meant to call 811 for AT&T. No sounds of distress. Officer was notified.

2134 - Seaview, requested and Officer to do a welfare check on subject at Glacierview Apts. Officer talked to HALEY and he agreed to go to the hospital.

2154 - RP requested an Officer at the Uplands Parking Lot for the report of someone that had rummaged through his vehicle. Officer found that some change and the keys from his ignition had been stolen.

2328 - Citation issued to NATHAN DANIS at Resurrection Blvd and Seward Highway for speed.

2310 - Hospital staff requested an Officer to assist with subject again. He was belligerent until Officers arrived on scene.

June 30

0102 - Verbal warning given to ELISSA MEYERS at Seward and Madison for speed.

0129 - Citation issued to MICHAEL JOHNSON at 3rd and Van Buren for operating vehicle with expired registration. Verbal warning given for speed.

0153 - RP requested an Officer to 4th Ave referencing a possible issue with a resident he has evicted. Officer responded and there was no issue.

0324 - Citation issued to EAN HOLDINGS at 4th and Adams for parking where posted prohibited.

0324 - Citation issued to ROYAL HYWAY TOURS at 3rd and Washington for parking where posted prohibited.

0546 - Citation issued to MEGAN HEWITT at Seward Hwy for failure to carry proof of insurance. Verbal warning given for speed.

0605 - Citation issued to SHERRY WEAVER at Seward and Nash for speed. Verbal warning given for driving without license.

0918 - Ambulance requested to the Cruise Ship Millenium. SVFD/SVAC dispatched.

0939 - Verbal warning given to ADAM WOODWORTH while driving at Seward and Van Buren for speed.

0954 - Ambulance requested to meet Major Marine Tour. SVFD/SVAC dispatched.

1036 - RP turned in a CA ID that was found on 5th Avenue. Info entered in Lost/Found.

1101 - Glacier Towing impounded AK LIC/FDL772 for parking where posted prohibited on Washington Street.

1249 - Parking warning left on AK LIC/JGX603 at Rail Depot.

1300 - Citation issued to JOSEPH DANN while driving at 3rd and D Street for speed.

1347 - AST advised of a hiker on the Caines Head trail with a broken leg. AST requested members from Seward Fire and Seward Ambulance respond on the Sea Warden with a wildlife trooper. The patient was transported back to Seward.

1600 - RP reported an intoxicated pedestrian was making suicidal comments at 6th Avenue and Railway Avenue before storming off. Officer responded and made contact with subject who denied making suicidal comments and was able to leave on his own accord.

1628 - A 911 open line call was received in the DTA and callback went straight to voicemail. No sounds of distress and an Officer was notified.

1740 - A verbal warning was given to SANFORD GANZELL at the Seward Highway in front of the Espresso Cup for speed.

2004 - RP reported that there was a silver van, JBY793, that left the 4th of July Beach area. RP believed the driver and several occupants to be intoxicated. Officer responded and conducted an investigative traffic stop on the REDDI vehicle. The driver

showed negative signs of intoxication.

2046 - Officer served a summons to WILLIAM GENTRY in regards to a previous animal case.

2121 - RP reported that his boat had an unusual amount of water in it. The on call harbormaster was advised and responded to the boat.

2134 - RP reported a blue Toyota truck with a white camper shell swerving heading southbound on the Seward Highway near Nash Rd. Verbal warning given to MANDY FENN for swerving in lane at Resurrection Blvd and Seward Highway.

2145 - Verbal warning given to MATTHEW KIRBY at Seward Highway for speed.

2319 - Citation issued to RENEE BRASSEL at 3rd Ave and Monroe St for speed.

July 1

0823 - A verbal warning was given to LARRY GRIFFEN at 4th Avenue by the boat launch for failure to signal.

0843 - A citation was left with vehicle, EZS246, for expired registration at 3rd Avenue between Adams and Jefferson.

0849 - RP turned in a children’s backpack with library books. The backpack was found at the Seward skate park and was logged into lost and found.

1034 - Citation was issued to RADHEN MATHURIA for speed at the Seward Highway and Airport Road.

1048 - RP reported that the door to the Air Force Rec. Camp cabin was kicked in. An officer responded and found the area to be heavily vandalized but showed no signs of anyone living in the cabin.

1058 - Citation was issued to MARCELO LOPEZ for speed at the Chamber of Commerce parking lot.

1110 - RP reported that there was someone that broke into the shower coin machine at the campground. An officer responded and found there to be roughly 60 dollars worth of damage to the machine, and no change stolen, with an unknown suspect.

1305 - RP reported that there was a group of loud campers playing music at the makeshift campground at the Seward Elementary field. An officer responded and made contact with the group of campers with the music. They agreed they would turn the music down.

1322 - Citation issued to SARAH BROUGHTON for failure to provide proof of insurance at the Seward Highway and Sea Lion. Verbal warning given for speed.

1421 - A citation was issued to NANCY NOLIN for speed at the Seward Highway and Sea Lion Avenue.

1435 - RP called 911 to report a hit and run that occurred in the Safeway parking lot. The caller followed the vehicle, JFB203, to the Seward Windsong Lodge. An officer responded and made contact with the driver of the suspect vehicle who was attempting to contact her boss because she didn’t know she had to leave a note on the vehicle and panicked. Officer followed suspect back to the Safeway parking lot to make contact with the other vehicle. Officer made contact with the other half of the MVA who was shopping in the store when the accident occurred. Officer issued PAR forms to both parties and estimated the total damage to be around 2000 dollars.

1509 - A box of US Forestry uniforms were left at their warehouse. An officer picked up all the uniforms and logged them into lost and found.

1716 - RP called 911 to report seeing a suspicious individual behind the Safeway store. The individual was described as being a male, wearing a long black trench coat and was possibly in his 20s. An officer was advised and responded to the scene. No individual matching the suspect’s description was found in the area.

1816 - RP reported an individual at the Saltwater Safari hotel that wouldn’t leave her hotel room after she was given the incorrect key by the Saltwater Safari. An officer responded to the scene, and the management was able to resolve the issue with the involved parties.

1842 - Citation issued to RACHAEL MARTEL for speed in the Safeway parking lot.

1906 - A 911 misdial was received from the area of Safeway. The line was left open and no sounds of distress were heard. On call back a female answered the phone and stated everything was okay and it was a mistake and hung up. An officer was advised.

1932 - Agero Roadside Services called 911 to request a welfare check for Progressive for an individual who they lost contact with subject. The last known location was BALLAINE BLVD and B St. Officer responded and could not locate the individual.

1938 - RP requested an ambulance to City Express. SVAC/BCVFD/AST responded. Patient refused to be transported to the hospital.

1956 - Citation issued to RICKY MOORE at 3rd Ave and D St for speed.

2254 - Verbal warning given to RILEY FOX at 3rd Ave and Van Buren St for speed and failure to carry license.

2256 - Verbal warning given to ANDREW CALISTA at 801 3rd Ave for unlicensed vehicle on highway.

2313 - Citation issued to GRANGER STUCK at 3rd Ave and Madison St for speed

2321 - TY FULLER was arrested at Seward Highway for DUI. FULLER was also given a verbal warning for crossing the center line.

2344 - Verbal warning given to LANCE CUNNINGHAM at Iron Dr and Seward Highway for headlights off after sunset.

2358 - Verbal warning given to ALI KEYVANI at 3rd Ave and Madison St for speed.

July 2

0006 - Verbal warning given to NITAN HAVANOOR at Seward Highway for speed.

0044 - RP bouncer for Ale House requested an officer for an intoxicated pedestrian that refused to leave. Officers made contact with subject who agreed to leave with female who will watch him for the night.

0109 - Citation issued to RICHARD JAMES CAPITAN at Third and Van Buren for failure to provide proof of insurance. Verbal warnings given for speed and inoperable headlight.

0125 - Citation issued to DORRAN LAVERNE MASTERS at Third and Madison for failure to carry proof of insurance. Verbal warning for speed.

0140 - RP reported loud noise in the small boat harbor. Officer made contact with occupants of the Rainy Song who agreed to turn off their music.

0146 - RP called 911 and reported that he saw a grey or silver 4D hatchback compact vehicle with many spokes on the rims going in and out of camp sites very slowly. Vehicle was last seen at Ballaine and Jefferson. Officers advised.

0222 - Verbal warning given to JAY MICHAEL MCEUEN at Third and Madison for speed.

0233 - Verbal warning given to JESSIE C STARKEY at Sixth and Madison for driving with no tail lights.

0335 - Citation issued to DEREK JAY DATUIN at 1907 Seward Highway for speed.

0357 - Citation issued to MICAHEL C COLLETTI at Seward and South Harbor Street for speed.

0409 - Troopers arrested DEAN MICHAEL ENGELHAUPT at the Sunrise Inn for DUI and transported to SCJ.

0434 - Ambulance requested to the cruise ship. SVAC/SVFD dispatched and forms sent.

0634 - Ambulance requested to the cruise ship. SVAC/SVFD dispatched, forms sent.

0808 - A citation was issued to SARAH HAMILTON for speed at 3rd and A Street.

0825 - A citation was issued to ERIC CRIVELLO for speed at the Seward Highway and South Harbor Street.

0829 - A verbal warning was given to CRAIG YUALE for speed at the Seward Highway and Sea Lion Avenue.

0837 - A verbal warning was given to JENNA KNASTER for speed at the Seward Highway in front of Safeway.

0918 - A verbal warning was given to LUGENE SIMEONA for speed at 3rd and Van Buren Street.

0932 - A citation was issued to ANNE BERMAN for speed at the Seward Highway in front of the Espresso Cup.

0938 - A verbal warning was given to JONATHAN SCHLOSSER for speed at the Seward Highway at Mile 2.

0952 - A citation was issued to PHILIP O’DONNELL for failure to stop at a stop sign at 3rd Avenue and South Harbor Street.

1032 - A verbal warning was given to NIMISH JHAVERI for speed at the Seward Highway in front of the Marina Motel.1

1051 - A citation was issued to SEAN OBRIEN for failure to provide proof of insurance at the Seward Highway and Sea Lion. Verbal warning given for speed.

1051 - A citation was issued to CHRIS MCBEAN for speed at 3rd Avenue in front of Terry’s Tires.

1102 - RP reported that there was damage done to the deposit box at Wells Fargo. An officer responded and found the damage to not show any pry marks or significant damage. The damage was done possibly by customers pulling too hard on the box. Wells Fargo management, responded to the scene as well.

1127 - RP called 911 to request an ambulance to Resurrection Campground. Patient declined transportation to the hospital.

1138 - Verbal warnings were given to multiple drivers of different vehicles at Seward Highway and Sea Lion Avenue. Drivers SUZANNE GRANT and MARLEENE BENNETT were both given verbal warnings for speed.

1150 - A verbal warning was given to SALLY SCHILLING for speed at 3rd and A Street.

1158 - A citation was given to CONNIE BALL for failure to provide proof of insurance at the Seward Highway and Port. Verbal warning given for speed.

1210 - A verbal warning was given to MICHAEL PASCHALL for speed at 3rd Avenue and B Street.

1400 - Citation issued to RORY MALONEY for failure to provide proof of insurance at the Seward Highway in front of the Chamber of Commerce parking lot. Verbal warning given for speed.

1409 - RP called on 911 to report a shoplifting attempt at Safeway. RP stated he worked as loss prevention at the store and he ID’d the subject that attempted to take merchandise from the store. Officer responded and spoke with loss prevention staff that filled out a private citizen’s arrest form against DEVIN LOOMIS and CHARLOTTE DAVENPORT.

1421 - Citation issued to THOMAS NAUGHTON for speed at 3rd Avenue and Van Buren Street.

1530 - AST arrested JEANETTE MYRE for DUI and transported her to Seward Community Jail.

1539 - DAVID called 911 to request an ambulance to 4TH and Adams. The patient was transported to the hospital.

1551 - A verbal warning was given to SARAH EARNHART at the intersection of 4th and Monroe for failure to yield to emergency traffic.

1615 - An ambulance was requested to pick up a flight crew at the airport.

1620 - A verbal warning was given to MIKHAIL KAZANTSEV at the Seward Highway and Iron Drive for improper use of turn late.

1633 - A citation was issued and left on vehicle, EGB237, for expired registration at 3rd and Washington Street.

1643 - An ambulance was requested to Seward Community Jail. The patient was transported to the hospital.

1818 - An inmate was transported from the Hospital back to Seward Community Jail.

1956 - INGRID WHITAKER was arrested at 4th Ave and South Harbor St for an AST warrant. WHITAKER was transported to Seward Jail.

2003 - Verbal warning given to SEAN CARLIN at 4th Ave and Van Buren St for a passenger riding without a helmet.

2027 - Verbal Warning given to REBECCA MCROBERTS at 4th and Madison St for speed.

2036 - RP reported a small amount of oil leaking in the Harbor on N-Float. Harbormaster was notified.

2126 - Verbal warning given to PAUL BOEH at 3rd Ave and Monroe St for speed.

2141 - Citation issued to DAVID MARGULIS at 1907 Seward Highway for speed.

2154 - Verbal warning given to LOGAN RACHOW at 4th Ave and North Harbor St for speed.

2200 - Citation issued to OWEN SHORTELL at Seward Highway for speed.

2210 - Verbal Warning given to BRANDON HOWE at Seward Highway and Hemlock Dr for speed.

2215 - RP reported an excessive amount of noise happening behind the Army Resort near the Elementary School. Officer spoke to a couple of groups and asked them to keep the noise down.

2238 - RP requested a drive through of the Seward Military Resort for people that still have loud music after quiet hours. Officers notified.

2248 - An Officer was flagged down on 4th Ave near Oriental Garden to report a red 4WD truck was driving erratically northbound on 4th Ave.

2258 - Citation issued to KENDYL MURAKAMI at Seward Highway and South Harbor St for speed.

911 - 911 open line received at Dairy Hill Ln. No sounds of distress and an Officer was notified.

2347 - RP request an Officer to Williams Tent Campground for report of an intoxicated male yelling and hitting a car with a female inside. Officers responded and issued summons E3470001 to STEVEN ERMEL WINGROVE for MCA and transported to SPD .

2345 - KYLIE FAUSTINE CUTLER was issued summons E3160007 for MCA at Williams Tent Campground.

2347 - (JUV) was issued summons E5200005 for MCA at Williams Tent Campground.

2347 - KENTON ALLEN BERG was issued summons E4920002 for MCA at Williams Tent Campground.

July 3

0015 - Citation issued to SAUMIT AIL at South Harbor St and Seward Highway for speed.

0110 - Verbal warning given to ETHAN M EVANS at Third and Jefferson for speed.

0123 - Trooper arrested JAQUELINE RACHEL PETER near Gwens in Cooper Landing for assault 4 DV, criminal mischief 5 DV, resisting arrest, criminally negligent burning and violation of conditions of release. PETER was transported to SCJ.

0134 - Citation E8530003 issued to SETH GABRIEL BAKIC at Seward Highway and South Harbor Street for expired registration. Citation E8540003 issued for failure to carry proof of insurance. Verbal warning given for speed and failure to register vehicle.

0138 - Officers made contact with subject at Seward Highway (Safeway) and provided transportation to Eadsville.

0158 - RP reported that STEVEN WINDGROVE had returned to Williams Tent and was creating problems. WINDGROVE was arrested for disorderly conduct and was criminally trespassed from the campgrounds

0221 - Verbal warning given to ZACHARY LOGAN JOHNSON at Seward Highway and Coolidge for speed.

0222 - Verbal warning given to LEVI NOLAN NELSON at Fourth and Monroe for speed and inoperable headlight.

0226 - DERRICK SHAWN HAWKIN II was issued a summons for driving without a valid operator’s license at Seward Highway near Leirer road.

0226 - Verbal warning given to RONNIE LEE FOSTER at Seward Highway and Dairy Hill for speed.

0240 - Citation issued to MARCI LYNN BELEW at mile one Seward Highway for expired registration, verbal warning given for speed.

0255 - Trooper arrested AUSTIN GREEN on a $150 AST failure to appear warrant near Gwen’s Restaurant in Cooper Landing and transported to SCJ.

0323 - RP reported that her husband was overdue from a fishing trip. Officer left messages at the military resort.

0350 - Officer checked Sweatmann apartment 4 trying to locate a 911 caller that didn’t know where she was and was requesting an ambulance for alcohol withdrawal. Officer was unable to locate her at that address.

0457 - Ambulance requested to Phoenix drive. Forms sent.

0458 - Citation issued to JOHN PATRICK SULLIVAN at Seward Highway and Iron Drive for failure to carry proof of insurance, verbal warning given for speed.

0529 - A 911 call was received with no sounds of distress. A voicemail was left upon call back.

0625 - Officer spoke with Ft. Wainwright who had made contact with the subject and gave him the police department number to contact us. So far the subject has not called.

0735 - Parking complaint issued to HBP915 for obstructing view of traffic. Owner advised to move to a regular camping spot. Owner of BUH393 was also advised to move to a regular camping spot.

0742 - Verbal warning given to SIOBHAN BRADLEY at Third Avenue for speed.

0753 - A citation was issued to PHILIP ZIMMERMAN at the north 72 hour parking lot for expired registration. Verbal warning given for failure to stop at a stop sign and improper display of tags.

0800 - A citation was issued to SMIHIT SHAH for speed at the Seward Highway and Sea Lion.

0839 - Citation issued to Rolf Bardarson for headlight requirement at 3rd and Van Buren Street. Verbal warning given for speed.

0841 - A verbal warning was given to BRIGITTE OTTOY for failure to stop at a stop sign at the Seward Highway near Bayside Apartments.

0849 - A citation was issued to BRENDAN RYAN for expired registration at 4th and D street.

0901 - Multiple reports were received regardåPoint Road. The campers were described as leaving trash everywhere. An officer responded and spoke to five campers in the area, who all agreed to leave the area.

0952 - A verbal warning was given to UTE SCHELLENBERGER for speed at the Chamber of Commerce parking lot on the Seward Highway.

0954 - A citation was issued to BLAZE HAVNEN for failure to provide proof of insurance at 3rd and Jefferson Street. Verbal warnings given for speed and failure to carry registration.

1000 - A citation was issued to DAVID FLY for speed at 3RD Avenue and Madison Street.

1018 - A verbal warning was given to MARCUS BARTELL at the 3rd Avenue in front of Peking for blocking the intersection.

1024 - A citation was issued to VENU NALAJALA at 3rd and Monroe for speed.

1028 - A citation was issued to BELVA SMITH for failure to provide proof of insurance in front of Terry’s Tire on 3rd Avenue.

1052 - A citation was issued to MAURIZIO VECCHIONE at the Seward Highway and Sea Lion Avenue for speed.

1104 - A verbal warning was given to MAGGIE SCHWERTFEGER for failure to completely yield to pedestrian in crosswalk on Railway Avenue in front of Zudy’s.

1108 - A citation was issued to BENJAMIN RINCKEY at 3rd And South Harbor for failure to stop at a stop sign.

1108 - A verbal warning was given to a foreign national for illegal passing.

1114 - A citation was issued to JAMES MURRAY for speed in the Safeway parking lot. Verbal warning was given for failure to stop for a peace officer immediately.

1133 - A citation was issued to MA HEAR ABOUEID for speed in front of Wells Fargo on 3rd Avenue.

1141 - A 911 open line was received from the harbor area. The line was open and sounds of normal talking were heard. On call back voicemail was left. An officer was advised.

1247 - A citation was issued to SHERRILL JOHNSTON for speed at the Seward Highway in front of the Coffee Cup.

1306 - A verbal warning was given to JOAN SANDERS for speed at the Seward Highway and Sea Lion Avenue.

1332 - A citation was issued to BENNETT LEE for failure to carry proof of insurance at 4th and Monroe Street. Verbal warning given for speed.

1407 - A citation was issued to RYAN MARX for speed at 3rd Avenue and Monroe Street.

1510 - A 911 open line was received from the area of the Ballaine Blvd. pavilion. No sounds of distress were heard and the number was unable to be called back due to 911 area code prefix. An officer was advised of the call.

1529 - RP called to report an MVA, a vehicle versus a bicycle at the intersection of Jefferson and 6th Avenue. Caller stated that the bicyclist was bleeding. SVAC and SVFD were dispatched. Bicyclist declined the ambulance, but allowed an officer to transport him to the hospital. It was determined that bicyclist was at fault for not yielding at a stop sign.

1534 - RP reported that there was a suspicious individual with a long gun in the parking lot of the Seward Library. An officer responded and made contact with the subject and it was determined he did not brandish the firearm and didn’t do anything illegal.

1559 - A citation was issued to EVAN PULLINS for failure to register vehicle at 4TH and C Street.

1642 - RP called 911 to request assistance for two hikers that were stuck on the waterfall section on the Mount Marathon trail. The caller stated the two hikers were currently uninjured but were unable to get down. AST was advised of the call and dispatched a trooper. The two hikers were able to work their way down the mountain with help from others. No EMS or fire response crews were needed.

1720 - RP called to report an erratic driver on the Seward Highway, southbound passing the Pit Bar. The vehicle was described as braking and accelerating in an unsafe matter, and crossing center and fog. The vehicle was last known to stop at the Plane View RV campground area. No vehicle matching the plate given was found in the area.

1840 - RP called to report that his child’s backpack was lost somewhere in the downtown vicinity. He stated he was on the train, and wouldn’t be able to come to town to pick it up. Item was logged into lost and found. Backpack was found and put on the train on 7/4.

1937 - RP reported that his taxi was hit at the intersection of the Seward Highway and Phoenix Road by vehicle, EUA675, before taking off. Officer pulled over the suspect vehicle at 3rd Avenue and Seward Highway. Officer arrested WOLFGANG MIKAT for DUI and transported to Seward Jail.

2008 - RP reported that an RV was parked across the street from 3rd Ave and was possibly camping there. Officer was notified.

2035 - Citation issued to HANJOON KIM at Seward Highway for speed.

2040 - Verbal warning given to JEREMY BECKETT at Seward Highway and South Harbor St for speed.

2046 - Verbal warning given to MARK JAIN at 4th Ave for speed.

2107 - Citation issued to CAMILLE WOOD at Seward Highway for speed.

2109 - Verbal warning given to JAMES LANGDON at Ballaine Blvd for passing in a no passing zone.

2153 - Verbal warning given to MICHAEL BEHM at Seward Highway and Sealion Ave for inoperative headlight.

2220 - RP reported being locked inside Essential 1 with her daughter. Essential 1 employee opened the door for her.

2300 - Verbal warning given to KRISHNAKUMAR SHOBITHAVARDHINI at Mile 1 Seward Highway for speed.

2310 - Officer found a red backpack in Thorn’s and spoke subject who claimed to know who it belonged to and advised them to contact the Seward Police Department. See journal entry from 1840 hours.

2320 - RP reported a young child in a black chevy truck near Washington St repeatedly calling for daddy from inside the truck. Officer responded and found the report was unfounded and a group of adults was with the children and nothing was wrong.

July 4

1737 - RP reported that an RV was parked at the corner of Bear Dr and Iron Dr halfway in the road. Information given to Officer.

1805 - A 911 call with open line was received from 907-********. On callback subject stated that he accidently called 911 no emergency no sounds of distress. Information given to Officer.

1811 - A small purse was turned in to DISPATCH found at 4th and Adams.

1819 - UAF reported that a fire alarm was going off at the 3rd Ave. SVFD and SVAC were dispatched. SVFD said no signs of smoke or fire on scene.

1831 - A 911 open line was received from 907-***** on the waterfront near the Sealife Center. No voicemail was set up and no sounds of distress heard. Information given to Officer.

1850 - Verbal warning given to RYAN COX at Seward Highway and Iron Dr for improper tow device.

1855 - RP requested an ambulance to 4th and Adams. SVAC and SVFD were dispatched. SVAC transported patient to hospital.

2147 - Verbal warning given to YUAN JIANXIONG at 3rd Ave and Madison St for speed.

2150 - RP reported a green Saturn SUV was at 4th and Monroe St and people were hanging onto a car that was parked stopped halfway in the road. Officer spoke to driver and he said that a few friends had jumped on his car and he told them to stop and get off.

2157 - RP advised that he caught two suspects attempting to shoplift from Chevron. Both subjects entered a vehicle and struck RP with the vehicle. Officer responded and spoke to several people. The two suspects were described as asian, early twenty’s. Officers and AST could not locate the vehicle.

2204 - RP request PATRICK WILLIAMS be permanently trespassed from the Harbor 360 Hotel. Officer responded and was unable to find WILLIAMS. WILLIAMS is permanently trespassed from Harbor 360 Hotel.

2301 - Verbal warning given to THIAGO AIMI at Seward Highway for impeding traffic.

2322 - RP reported fireworks and partying going on at Lowell Point Rd near the waterfall. Information given to Officer.

2325 - RP reported that a husband pushed his wife into a car and she fell under the car outside the Yukon Bar. The husband got in the car with the wife and drove away. The bartender at the Yukon stated that the husband was manhandling the wife but didn’t see him push her into the car. Officers made contact with male and KERRY ROSS at the Breeze Inn Hotel. KERRY ROSS was given a disorderly conduct warning after it was determined she was drunk and swinging at the husband who was sober when he was trying to get her back to the hotel.

July 5

0015 - The campground host for Iditarod campground reported kids playing baseball and adults being loud after quiet hours. Parks and Rec campgrounds notified.

0056 - RP reported an intoxicated female getting into a running vehicle with plate JBY793 belonging to GREGS TAXI. Officers initially unable to locate the vehicle, RP was contacted and flagged the officers down. Officers were called away to another call just as they arrived.

0106 - RP reported a male stole $200 belonging to female while at the Yukon Bar. Officers made contact with two subjects and determined that it was a misunderstanding. Money was returned to owner.

0119 - Ambulance requested to Resurrection North campground. SVAC/SVFD responded and patient refused treatment. Forms sent.

0144 - Officers requested an ambulance in the Alley Behind the Yukon Bar. Patient refused treatment. Forms sent.

0610 - Parking warning left on JEG382 at Fifth and Washington for parking against flow of traffic.

0639 - Postmaster reported vehicle LIC/GAT160 parked in the Alleyway behind the Post Office blocking the delivery of the mail truck. Officer located the owner of the vehicle at the residence of Sixth Avenue and the vehicle was moved.
