Sister city shares brightest stars

High School students from Seward's sister city, Obihiro, Japan, attended Monday night's city council meeting where they were formally welcomed to the city.

Mayor Jean Bardarson read a proclamation on behalf of the city and presented the Japanese students with gifts.
