Don't worry though, Ranger Luke will teach us what to pack and how much to bring. We'll start out with easier trails, but expect the hikes to increase intensity weekly, which could include steeper climbs, trickier terrain and added weight to packs to simulate extra weight you would expect while on an overnight backpacking trip.
