A St. Patrick's Day procession along Fourth on Monday presaged a return to blue skies and spring like conditions. Although many would consider themselves to be lucky to see 70 plus temperatures next week like those recorded in 2003, the forecast is merely for sunny days and high temperatures around 40. However, while Seward has yet to see a touch of the green in yards and on trees, it's probably a good bet that spring won't be late this year.
