Seward Fire Volunteer Department and Seward Volunteer Ambulance Corps make a call on a theoretical chimney fire on Sixth Avenue. It’s so hot it can’t be seen or it’s a false alarm. Either way, better safe than sorry and the SFVD and SVAC say that safety is no theory. Regular chimney cleaning is a must if you want to keep a lid on your home.
