Flicker ball was just one part of an extensive intramural program developed by Dale Clemens, Seward High School basketball coach and physical education teacher.
The location was the National Guard Armory/high school gym, which was directly south of the high school building. The gym, now remodeled, is the Construction Technology Building of AVTEC.
The high school building at Second and B, was also been remodeled and is now the Administrative, Alaska Maritime Training Center and Information Technology Building of AVTEC.
