Candidate’s Night — Seward, Oct. 22, 1966

The event was sponsored by the Seward Business & Professional Woman’s Club and the club’s president, Mrs. Wanda Coppock served as mistress of ceremonies.

Other candidates present were Ralph Rivers, Democratic candidate for the U. S. House of Representatives, his Republican opponent Howard Pollock, couldn’t attend, but was represented by Brad Phillips, Irv Metcalf Democratic incumbent state representative and his Republican opponent Charles E. Cole, Sr. , Yule Kilcher, Democratic incumbent state senator and his Republican opponent Bob Palmer.

The event took place in the multi-purpose room of Seward High School.
