Construction Permits

Borough and/or City of Seward permits are required for all construction work in area flood zones. Fees for those permits are being waived. If you plan to do any construction projects, or even dredge, or move gravel material around on your property, check with the borough extension office or city planning department for permit requirements first. This is mainly to assure that your neighbors won’t be adversely affected by your actions.
