Seward man arrested for abuse
Anchorage police arrested Derek Barr, 19 of Seward, on Sept. 13 for three counts of sexual abuse of a minor, according to KTUU. According to the article Barr was visiting Anchorage, drank heavily and assaulted a 7-year-old girl who is a member of his family.
