The Seward/Bear Creek Flood Service Area holds its regular board meeting at 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 17 in the Seaview Plaza Building, Kenai Peninsula Borough Annex Office, Suite 122. The public is invited to attend. Discussion will include state and federal capital funding priorities for 2013.
