Mural work continues

Seward Mural Society volunteers Dot Bardarson and Miki Waldron apply vinyl lettering below a mural on the Seward Senior Center building on Aug. 13. The donor board lists the mural’s name, the master artist’s name and describe how the mural was funded. Participating artist will also be added to mural donor boards.
Seward artists continue to refine murals around town.

Justine Pechuzal and Liza McElroy fill the cracks and holes in the wall in preparation for expanding the whale mural on Railway Avenue with the addition of birds. They did the work with a scissor lift from Resurrection Rentals, with the women at the controls.
