Luke Rosier serenades passersbys in front of The Ranting Raven on Fourth Avenue Friday evening. Though the day had been cool and partly overcast visitors and locals strolled the streets of downtown.

I met Luke during the Mt. Marathon race. While I was in the middle of nowhere trying to find my way down. I am so thankful to have met him, I wouldn't have made the race if it wasn't for him! He is a great man! What an angel!! Thank you!!
