Health survey is a success

At least 25 percent of Seward and Moose Pass residents completed the recent health care survey conducted by Providence Seward Medical and Care Center. The survey examined the health needs of the Seward/Moose Pass area. The number of responses was double that of a similar survey conducted in 2008.

By responding to the survey people were entered into drawings for prizes offered by SeaView Community Services, the City of Seward and an anonymous donor. The prize winners were:

• Sharon Smith, $500 of heating oil

• Robin Collman, $300 of utilities

• Kim Dahlby, $100 utilities credit

• Al Stone, $100 utilities credit

• Nicole Lawrence, a Bloggie camera

• Jean Bardarson, a camera system
