Built in 1916, this building served as the Methodist Church until 1946, when the congregation purchased the Army chapel from Fort Raymond and moved it into town. The building served as a mortuary until 1949 when it was sold to the Lutheran congregation in town. At Third Avenue and Church Street, it was Resurrection Lutheran Church from 1949 to 1992, when it was sold to Mike Olson who turned it into a coffee house and art gallery called Resurrect Art Coffee House Gallery. In 2002 he sold it to Michael and Raylene O’Connor.
