Katelyn Sawyer-Lemme, Zylyn Analoak, Landon Pedersen, Jordan Sewell and Tegan Retzer are ready to check out their purchases at the Seward Elementary School Scholastic Book Fair.
Seward Elementary School students and their parents attended the school’s annual National Scholastic Book Fair October 26-28. They selected some new books, posters, and supplies, entered a drawing, colored, and visited a model of a space shuttle where they recorded a telling of their favorite books and authors for an audio Podcast for the school’s website. The book fair’s proceeds will go to update the library’s standing collection, to the Birthday Book Club, which purchases books for students’ birthdays, and for other library needs.
